The 9th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific in Bali Indonesia from 9th -13th August 2009 aims to address issues of mobility, migration, as well as gender and people with disabilities in order to empower the people and strengthen networks to effectively respond to AIDS. As it has happened in previous congresses, 9th ICAAP will bring people from various backgrounds in Asia and the Pacific region to meet and share knowledge, skills, ideas, research findings related to HIV and AIDS.
